PTI Make it Monday #76 -- Bleach

Yesterday's Make it Monday over at the Papertrey Ink blog was a challenge to use the bleach technique.  That's an oldy but a goodie!  We were supposed to stamp in bleach and then stamp over than using color.  I LOVE the way it turned out, and really need to experiment with this one some more.

I used the beautiful Natural Beauties set from PTI.  It's a bit rainy here, so please excuse the picture :(
 Stamps:  Natural Beauties
Ink:  SU Grape Concord, Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper:  SU Grape Concord, SU Wisteria Wonder, TE buttercream

In the Doghouse -- Mo's Challenge

Dare to Get Dirty is going on over at Splitcoaststampers, and I've been keeping up!  I took a break from those to make this for the Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge, which was called 'In the Doghouse'.  We had to use an image with a dog on it, and this one just makes me smile.  Our dog always did this to our kids :)

This image is called Bronte & Louis.  Darling, huh?

MFTWSC82 -- Happy Birthday, Jim!

Today is my husband's birthday!  I've been having fun prepping his cake and getting ready for the Braves game tomorrow.  That's his gift, and while I'm sad that he knows about it, he's still pretty excited.  My husband is a nerd through and through, and I wouldn't have him any other way.  I knew I had to use this awesome MFT set called Whose That Geek Guy? along with latest MFT sketch challenge over at Splitcoaststampers.

I flipped the sketch and paired it up with a TE Key Ingredients kit from a few months ago, and colored my own button with my Copic airbrush system.

There you have it.  Thanks for stopping in!  Here are the links to the products I used:

Birds of a Feather

Look at those colors that the ColourQ has challenged us with!  Aren't they beautiful together?  I used a stamp set that came in my August Simon Says Card Kit from My Mind's Eye to make this card.  When I saw that the Little Red Wagon had the challenge of chevrons, I couldn't resist.

Thanks for stopping in tonight!  Here are the links to the products I used:

TSG166 -- Sketch

Happy Thursday, crafty friends!  I'm really enjoying the gym time so early in the morning, leaving me more time to do a little crafting before everyone gets up.  It seems to be working!  I pulled out the There She Goes Challenge Sketch for this week, along with the darling set called Hauntingly Delightful.

At first I thought I would make this card for my husband since his birthday is tomorrow.  After thinking about it, I just couldn't do it. . .don't ask me why.  So I have a different card I made him that I will show you tomorrow ;)  I wouldn't want him to come on here and see it before he gets it.  Yes, believe it or not he does check my blog daily. . .that cutie!

So there you have it.  The papers are Stampin' Up!, with the dp being a retired pack.  Thanks for stopping in!  Here is are the links to the products I used:
